Skills are represented by a dot system, similar to and inspired by WoD.

(zero dots) You have no clue.

O (one dot) You know very little.

OO (two dots) You know an average, basic amount.

OOO (three dots) You know above average.

OOOO (four dots) You are getting the nack for it.

OOOOO (five dots) You are better than most.

OOOOOO (six dots) Impressive.

OOOOOOO (seven dots) Very Impressive, you are a master at this skill.

How does one put points into a dot. Well if you do certain things with that skill you will get points to spend on dots.

How do you learn a skill? You can pay someone to teach you, in game. Or if you try to do it (without having learned it) enough you may discover it.
